The Lead Cook is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in creating a culinary experience that is unsurpassed, while adhering to regulations and maintaining the standards of Granduca Hotel.
Maintain a professional, neat and organized appearance according to Hotel Granduca standards.
Provide warm, engaging and personalized service.
Maintain on-going training with team to ensure warm and engaging service, and the ability to anticipate our guests’ every need with care and thoughtfulness.
Must possess valid Food Handler's certificate or equivalent.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess clear, concise written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with guests, fellow associates, and vendors.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.
