The Reservations Sales Agent will provide warm and engaging service by promptly handling all incoming reservation calls in a professional, authentic and gracious manner, according to Hotel Granduca standards.

  • Answer calls promptly, provide professional, authentic, and engaging service to the caller, according to Hotel Granduca standards
  • Answer guest questions efficiently and create a warm, engaging and professional relationship with guests
  • Accurately make room reservations, while looking for opportunities to upsell
  • Monitor inventory levels and room and rate restrictions
  • Maintain knowledge of all special packages, amenities, services and products
  • Provide assistance to other departments, including Front Desk, as needed
  • Must maintain a professional, neat and organized appearance according to Hotel Granduca standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to promptly resolve booking, billing and guest issues
  • Process cancellations and last minute reservations promptly and accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of all room types, meeting space, outlets and surrounding area 
  • Practice the 3 Steps of Service and Hotel Core Values
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  •  Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience in reservations or front desk in a full service hotel
  • Must possess a professional but cordial demeanor on the phone and in person

  • Excellent email and telephone etiquette required
  • The ability to speak multiple language a plus but not required

  • Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging and personalized service
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
