The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards as set by the Hotel Granduca. The Housekeeping Supervisor also manages the Room Attendants and Housemen on the floor and conducts inspection on a daily basis.
Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging and personalized service.
Maintain on-going training with departmental staff to ensure warm and engaging service, and the ability to anticipate our guests’ every need with care and thoughtfulness.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred
Must possess clear, concise written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with guests, fellow associates, and vendors.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
