The Guest Services Concierge is responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests within the hotel arrival area. Providing a positive first and lasting impression as guests arrive and leave the hotel. Assisting guests with check-in and check-out. Assessing guest’s needs and adding personal recommendation. Assisting with guest amenities and any additional miscellaneous duties. The Guest Services Concierge will assist guests in accordance to service standards and hotel procedures, they answer department phone using telephone etiquette, and assist hotel departments with any request.
Prior experience in a full-service luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred
