Culinary - Stewarding



The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of China, Glass and Silver and F&B Equipment, while adhering to all hotel standards and required health and sanitation laws.


  • Wash, clean china, glass and silver within the required deadlines, while adhering to all applicable laws
  • Learn and follow the proper procedures when operating the dish machine, sink or cleaning F&B equipment
  • Handle china, glass, silver and equipment with caution to minimize breakage and destruction of property
  • Maintain cleanliness of F&B and other assigned areas
  • Communicate with all departments as required, to maintain standards and meet deadlines 
  • Must be able to work the PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Perform other job functions as assigned



  • Bilingual - Englsh/Spanish preferred
  • Must demonstrate a professional, approachable and courteous demeanor
  • Must be available to work PM shifts, as required
  • Flexbility to work other shifts, if needed, is preferred
