The Hotel Granduca Austin's Turndown Attendant will ensure a warm and inviting, clean guest room, and provide Turndown service with care and thoughtfulness, the Turndown Attendant will respond to guests in a discrete and gracious manner, and ensure their needs are met and followed up on a timely manner



  • Ensure all rooms are clean in every detail including bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirror, tiles, counters, floor surfaces, making beds, empting trash, dusting, vacuuming etc. as trained and an as outlined in the Hotel Granduca standards.
  • Maintain and replenish linen, supplies and amenities in guestrooms.
  • Return and report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office in a timely manner.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures as trained for all aspects of the position, including personal safety as well as work safety.
  • Maintain assigned keys in a secure manner.      
  • To assist others departments and perform other duties as required. 
  • Must maintain a professional, neat and organized appearance according to Hotel Granduca standards.

  • Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging and personalized service.

  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.


  • Previous housekeeping experience in a full-service luxury hotel preferred.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must possess clear, concise written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with guests, fellow associates, and vendors.
